Icons do not show at notification area (clock tray)
I Ctrl+Alt+Del and select task manager. Task manager appears for a second or two, then closes. This is the only application with the problem. Everything else in my Ctrl+alt+Del menu works great. Just task manager closes automaticall. Whats wrong? Can this be fixed avoiding formating and reinstalling windows?

When I run Windows Task Manager , it shows that commint charge is (eg) 280MB. When I sum working sets of all processes in the system I get 230 MB. So there is the difference ~50MB. What am i doing wrong ? Should I add some extra memory allocated by some subsystem not listed in task manager ?
